We arrived in Valparaiso at 7am, before the sun rose. Lights are scattered over the 45 hills of the city.
It is summer here and school vacation. These small boats take families on harbor tours - there are navy ships, cargo ships and us to see.
The oldest of the fifteen ascensores, which travel between the upper and lower town
The unique houses and winding two-way streets (they are ALL two way) made for great pictures.
